Where a temporary mobile or event bar is providing drinks free to all guests, a Licence is not required.

If alcohol at a mobile or event bar is to be purchased by guests then a Licence is required. If the premises does not hold a Licence then UK Event Bars can make all the necessary arrangments with your local council. We will complete all the necessary forms and obtain the licence. We recommend at least three weeks notice be given. The law requires 10 working days notice but it's better to give plenty of time to arrange your mobile or event bar . This will help to ensure everything will run smoothly on the day.

Where there are less than 100 guests attending your event or party UK Event Bars charges £95.00 to apply for the Licence. Payment is required up front and is none refundable. Please note Licenses can sometime be refused or amended by the authority. Please contact us for more information.
