How much notice do we need to give?

We need a minimum of 14 working days to be licensed for the event. However, we do recommend at least 4 weeks notice be given.

What drinks can you supply?

We can offer a large selection of Wines, Beers, Spirits and soft drinks. Please see Prices guide for more detail.

What other things do you supply?

We will provide professional staff, bar front and backs (as required), all necessary taps, coolers and glasses. We will also ensure your drinks are served at the right temperature by providing refridgerators and ice.

How much will the drinks cost?

We charge average pub prices. Please view our Prices list

Does the venue need a license?

No! We will make all the necessary arrangments. See more information on Licensing

What times can we serve from and to?

The serving times will be stated on the license application. The Local Authorities may vary the serving time.

What type of venue can we provide a bar for?

We can provide a mobile bar in many different venues including, school halls, village halls, marquees, gardens etc.
